About Vara

Jennifer Stetson is known by her Greek nickname, Vara. Her colorful life began with her fascination with art, which arose as soon as she could hold a crayon. By the time she was 10, she could render comic book characters with greater accuracy than the artists that had spawned them.

In 2000, she attended Savannah College of Art and Design on a portfolio scholarship. She discovered an intense love for photography, and received a great deal of recognition for her very first series. She also stengthened her illustrative skills, and began learning the fundamentals of design.

With her later transfer to Academy of Art University in San Francisco, she was able to more extensively develop her design skills. She has since graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design.

She is seeking to forge a long and enjoyable career, following her creative pursuits and her love of photography.
